A guide to help you survive the winter + darkness. This book started as some sketchbook drawings in late September when a particularly chilly day made me very anxious about the coming winter. This is my way of kicking the doldrums in the shins, and showing up to the dark days instead of spending a third of the year sobbing on the couch.
I made this for you as a reminder that you’re not alone, the darkness isn’t forever, and most importantly, that I love you.
I hope this helps you care for yourself.
